Quality workmanship. Professional equipment. Clear warranty options.
Our Promise
At Coast 2 Coast Pools, we do not believe a quality repair or installation ends when the equipment turns on. We assess the application, complete the approved scope properly, configure the equipment, and stand behind the craftsmanship we provide.
Professional Equipment Supply & Installation
C2C supplies the equipment we install through established professional pool-industry distribution channels. Major manufacturers such as Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward maintain professional product lines and warranty programs – where the equipment is purchased, and who installs it can directly affect warranty coverage.
For this reason, C2C does not install customer-supplied equipment. Equipment purchased online or through unauthorized sellers may have reduced or unavailable manufacturer warranty coverage, and C2C cannot verify the product’s sourcing, handling history, completeness, compatibility, or warranty eligibility. Jandy, for example, excludes internet-purchased equipment from its manufacturer warranty, while qualifying online Pentair products generally receive parts-only coverage and Hayward distinguishes between its online-capable Open Line products and professionally distributed Expert Line products.
Our equipment pricing includes a professional supply markup for a reason. It allows C2C to source the correct equipment through trusted channels, verify compatibility, stand behind the complete installation, provide our 90-Day C2C Parts & Labor Guarantee, and help customers obtain the maximum applicable manufacturer warranty available for their installation.
When you purchase equipment through C2C, you’re not simply purchasing a piece of equipment. You’re purchasing the equipment, our assessment, proper application, professional installation, system integration, startup, programming where applicable, and warranty support as one complete solution.
90-Day C2C Parts & Labor Guarantee
C2C warrants the parts supplied and workmanship performed by Coast 2 Coast Pools for 90 days from the date the work is completed.
If a qualifying issue is determined to result directly from C2C workmanship or a C2C-supplied part during this period, C2C will correct the covered work at no additional charge for qualifying parts and labor.

Manufacturer Warranty Protection
For qualifying equipment supplied and professionally installed by C2C, customers may be eligible for the maximum applicable manufacturer warranty available for that product and installation. Coverage varies by product, application, registration requirements and manufacturer terms.
Customers are encouraged to register installed equipment promptly and retain the C2C proposal/invoice as proof of purchase and professional installation.
Manufacturer Warranty & Registration Links
Manufacturer warranties are provided and controlled by the manufacturer. C2C cannot modify, extend, guarantee or override manufacturer coverage, claim decisions, labor allowances, response times or parts availability.
After the 90-Day C2C Guarantee
If an equipment issue occurs after C2C’s 90-day guarantee expires and the equipment remains within an applicable manufacturer warranty, customers may choose either of the following service paths:
Option 1 - Manufacturer Warranty Service
Use the manufacturer’s authorized warranty process or service station. Scheduling, diagnosis, covered labor, parts availability and response times are controlled by the manufacturer and its warranty provider.
Option 2 - C2C Priority Repair Service
Customers who prefer a more timely, direct C2C response may schedule service under our standard Service/Repair Call Policy. When the failed component qualifies for manufacturer warranty coverage, C2C will make reasonable efforts to obtain the replacement component under the applicable manufacturer parts warranty. The customer remains responsible for C2C diagnostic/service-call charges, labor, non-covered materials and other charges under the current Service/Repair Call Policy.
90 Days: C2C Parts & Labor Guarantee
After 90 Days: Applicable Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty Claim Process
- Provide the service address, invoice/quote number, and a brief description or photos of the issue.
- Allow C2C Pool Service & Repair an opportunity to inspect the affected work before another contractor modifies or disassembles it.
- C2C Pool Service & Repair will determine whether the condition falls under the 90-day C2C guarantee, an applicable manufacturer warranty, routine maintenance, or an unrelated/pre-existing condition.
If the issue qualifies under the C2C Guarantee, we will make it right. If manufacturer coverage applies, we can help identify the appropriate warranty path and provide available purchase and installation documentation.
Important Warranty Terms
This page summarizes C2C warranty practices and is intended to accompany the approved proposal, invoice, manufacturer warranty terms, and any project-specific written warranty. Manufacturer terms control manufacturer coverage. The approved C2C scope controls the work C2C agreed to perform. Nothing on this page is intended to extend C2C responsibility to unrelated or pre-existing conditions or to waive rights that cannot legally be limited.
